Lovely Brushly Cancellation Policy

a) General Tickets Cancellation Policy

  1. Ticket sales for public events are non-refundable and we are unable to provide refunds for “no show” attendances.
  2. Although refunds are not offered, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise.
  3. If you notify us at least 72 hours before the event, we will do our best to accommodate a ticket transfer to a different workshop date. We cannot transfer tickets with less than 72 hours notice.
  4. Please note that a ticket can only be transferred once. Please email info@lovelybrushly.co.uk for any ticket transfer requests. Please include details of the reservation and the name the ticket was booked under.
  5. If you can no longer make the event, the ticket buyer may gift or sell the ticket to another person. Please notify Lovely Brushly via email at info@lovelybrushly.co.uk with the new attendee’s details, else they might be refused entry. The new ticket holder must be aged 18 years or older and will be assumed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
  6. If an event should be postponed or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control or venue partner cancellation, we will offer attendees different options. This includes either an alternative date at the same venue, an alternative venue on the same date (the alternative venue will be within a reasonable distance of the original venue) or a full refund. You will be notified of the change by email.
  7. In the rare occasion Lovely Brushly needs to cancel an event, you will be offered a full refund or transfer to another event.

b) Corporate Office-based Events Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations up to 30 days before the event: The deposit required to secure the booking is non-refundable. If the remaining balance has been paid, this will be refunded. Alternatively, we will do our best to accommodate a transfer of your event to a different date. Event transfers can only be made once. For transfer requests, please email us at info@lovelybrushly.co.uk.
  2. Cancellations less than 30 days before the event: Unfortunately, no refund will be offered. Although refunds are not offered, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. We will do our best to accommodate a transfer to a different date. Event transfers can only be made once. For transfer requests, please email us at info@lovelybrushly.co.uk.
  3. Attendee Number Amendments:
    – Attendee numbers can be amended up to 30 days before the event.
    – Additional attendee requests may be declined depending on the maximum capacity of the chosen office space.
    – Additional attendees will be charged the same price per person as the original booking.
    – We cannot provide refunds for a reduction in numbers or no-show attendees once full payment has been made.
    – Please email us at info@lovelybrushly.co.uk for attendee number amendment requests.
  4. We cannot accept additional attendees who show up on the day of the event without the required 30-day minimum notice. This is due to limited quantity of materials purchased and brought to the event on the day.
  5. In the rare occasion Lovely Brushly needs to cancel an event, you will be offered a full refund or transfer to an alternative date that suits your needs.
  6. It is your responsibility to ensure your office space is suitable for the event. The space should have suitable chairs, tables and access to a sink. Please ensure that tables and chairs are set up prior to Lovely Brushly arriving on site.
  7. We can help advise about layout and setting up the office space in the most efficient manner for the event – photos of the space beforehand would be very helpful to assist with the event setup.
  8. We only operate in Bristol and South-West England for corporate office-based events.
  9. Additional transport costs may incur (£/p per mile) depending on the location of your office – this is always advised following your initial enquiry.

c) Private Events Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations up to 30 days before the event: The deposit required to secure the booking is non-refundable. If the remaining balance has been paid, this will be refunded. Alternatively, we will do our best to accommodate a transfer of your event to a different date. Event transfers can only be made once.   5. Lovely Brushly does not accept responsibility If the chosen public venue cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will work with the chosen venue to try and negotiate a different date or try and find an alternative venue to host your event.
  6. In the rare occasion Lovely Brushly needs to cancel an event, you will be offered a full refund or transfer to an alternative date that suits your needs.
  7. We only operate in Bristol and South-West England for private events.
  8. Additional transport costs may incur (£/p per mile) depending on the location of your chosen public venue – this is always advised following your initial enquiry.

d) COVID-19 Cancellation Policy

  1. If Lovely Brushly needs to cancel an event (public, corporate and private events) due to government mandated COVID-19 restrictions that are out of our control, we will offer a transfer to an alternative date or a full refund.

Corporate & Private Event Payment Terms

  1. A corporate office-based event or private event will not be secured until a non-refundable deposit of £180 has been received.
  2. Once the deposit is paid, the remaining balance is due 30 days before the date of the event.
  3. Should you request a corporate office-based / private event with less than 30 days’ notice, full payment upfront will be required to secure the booking.
  4. Should the payment for the invoice not be made by the specified due date, we retain the right to cancel the event.

Public, Corporate & Private Events Purchase

  1. The person who makes the booking for a public, corporate or private event is responsible for all members attending the event (if multiple tickets are purchased in one transaction) and accepts these Terms & Conditions on their behalf.
  2. Only individuals aged 18 years or over can purchase a public Lovely Brushly workshop ticket.
  3. Only individuals aged 18 years or over can purchase a corporate office-based or private event booking.

Booking Confirmation

After making your purchase, Lovely Brushly will receive your booking for processing. You can expect to receive a confirmation email that includes details such as the date, time, ticket quantity, and cost of your booking. By receiving this email confirmation, you acknowledge your acceptance of the provisions outlined in the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

Event Age Restrictions

  1. Only individuals aged 18 years or over can attend a public Lovely Brushly workshop event.
  2. Only individuals aged 18 years or over can attend a Lovely Brushly corporate office-based or private event.

E-Gift Vouchers

  1. Our E-Gift Vouchers can be redeemed on our website against any of our public Lovely Brushly workshop events. They are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are subject to availability.
  2. E-Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
  3. E-Gift Vouchers are not a physical product.
  4. Only individuals aged 18 years or over can purchase an E-Gift voucher.
  5. E-Gift vouchers are delivered by email to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
  6. Instructions on how to redeem the E-Gift voucher will be provided through our checkout.

Competitions, Promotions and Coupons

    1. Occasionally we might host competitions and offer promotions on our website and social media channels. Participation is governed by these Terms and Conditions and any specific terms for each competition or promotion.
    2. Individual discount coupon codes can only be used once and within the specified time-frame at the time of receipt.
    3. Discount coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with E-Gift voucher purchases and redemptions.
    4. Multiple discount codes cannot be used in a single transaction.
    5. Coupon codes are emailed to the recipient when an email address is voluntarily provided by that person.

Photos

  1. During our events (public, corporate, and private events), we capture photos for promotional use on our website and social media. If you prefer not to appear in any photos, please inform us either on the day of the event or in advance, and we will make sure to exclude you from them.

Food & Drink

  1. Food and drink are not included in the ticket price.
  2. Food and drink are likely to be provided by the venue but please check availability with the venue prior to arrival.
  3. Under no circumstances are you allowed to bring your own drink, snacks or food to the venue, unless explicitly stated.

Paint Medium

  1. Acrylic paints are used in all our workshops.
  2. If you require more information about the paints we use, we are happy to provide the safety data sheets of the paints used in our workshops upon request.
  3. Just drop us an email at info@lovelybrushly.co.uk and we will be glad to help.
  4. Acrylic paint can stain clothes and textiles – although aprons are provided, Lovely Brushly does not take responsibility for any damage to clothes and belongings from paint.

Art Workshop Description

  1. Our workshops are not professional fine art classes and no fine art techniques will be taught.
  2. Our workshops are not “art therapy” classes.
